# The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (B2007 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2015, Article 4: Conditions


Subject to article 5, the exemption from paragraph 1(1) applies only if —
(a) the platform gap is not more than 85 millimetres measured horizontally; and
(b) the platform gap is not more than 50 millimetres measured vertically.
