# The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Cairngorm Funicular Railway) Exemption Order 2002, Article 5: Exemption


It is a condition of the exemption given by article 4(2)(a) that the floor surface of the passenger compartment of an exempted vehicle shall contrast, in respect of the amount of light reflected by it, with the surface of the platform adjacent to that floor surface when the vehicle is stationary at Base and Ptarmigan stations.
