Article 4

After article 5(6) of the principal Order the following shall be inserted—

“(6A)

The exemption given in respect of regulation 10(1)(b) shall cease—

(a)

at the end of 28th April 2011; or

(b)

in respect of an exempted vehicle in which all the doors in the ends of the vehicle are replaced before that date, when such replacement occurs.”
