# The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Gatwick Express Class 460 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2001, Article 3: Amendment


After article 4(2) of the principal Order there shall be inserted—
“(2A) The exemption given by paragraph (2)(a) above in relation to regulation 4(2) is given on the condition that the operator provides, so far as is practicable, a person who is available on the platform to assist a blind or partially sighted person.”.
