  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Gatwick Express Class 460 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/847) by extending the expiry date for the exemption granted from the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 1998 (S.I. 1998/2456, as amended by S.I. 2000/3215) in respect of audible warning devices on passenger doors from 31st December 2001 to 28th April 2011. It makes it a condition of the exemption that the operator must, so far as is practicable, make staff available on the platform to assist blind or partially sighted persons.",
