# The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Heathrow Express Class 360/2) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2005, Article 2: Amendment


(1) The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Heathrow Express Class 360/2) Exemption Order 2005 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2, for sub-paragraph (a) there shall be substituted—
“(a) any reference to “the exempted vehicles” is a reference to the vehicles numbered 63421 to 63425, 72421 to 72425, 72431 to 72435, 78431 to 78435 and 78441 to 78445, which form the electric multiple-units numbered 360201 to 360205 of the class known as “Class 360/2” as manufactured by Siemens in Germany for use by Heathrow Express Limited; and”.
