# The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Heathrow Express Class 360/2) Exemption Order 2005, Article 3: Authorisation and exemption


Subject to articles 4 to 6, the exempted vehicles are authorised to be used for carriage even though they do not conform with regulation 7(b).
