# The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Hull Trains Class 170/3) Exemption Order 2004, Article 5: Expiry


(1) The exemption given by article 3(2)(a), in respect of regulation 8(3), shall cease at the end of June 2006.
(2) The exemption given by article 3(2)(b), in respect of regulation 14(b), shall cease at the end of June 2019.
