# The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Non-Interoperable Rail System) Regulations 2010, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Non-Interoperable Rail System) Regulations 2010,
(b) come into force on 6th April 2010, and
(c) do not extend to Northern Ireland.
