  "text": "(1) The following instruments are revoked—\n(a) the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 1998 ; and\n(b) the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2000 .\n(2) A reference in an exemption order to a provision of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 1998 has effect as if it were a reference to the corresponding provision of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to these Regulations indicated in Schedule 5.",
