  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises the use of specified rail vehicles forming Class 334 electric multiple-units, although they do not conform with certain requirements of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 1998 because:\naudible warning sounds are not made on the outside of the vehicle;\nsome door control devices are not illuminated;\nsteps in the vehicles are not illuminated; and\nsome handrails are not fitted at the required height.\nIt imposes some conditions and sets time limits on the authorisation.",
