  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises the use by South Central Limited of specified rail vehicles forming Class 375/3 electrical multiple units, even though they do not comply with one of the requirements of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 1998 (S.I. 1998/2456, amended by S.I. 2000/3215) because some letters and numbers on the visual display screens at the front of the vehicle cannot be displayed at the required size.\nThis Order imposes a time limit on the authorisation and sets a condition.",
