  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations specify the manner in which applications to the Secretary of State for exemption from the requirements of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 1998 (S.I. 1998/2456) are to be made, and the information which must be supplied with any such application. The Regulations also make provision for the period and revocation of exemptions.",
