  "text": "In the case of the relevant hereditament, paragraphs 2 to 2C of Schedule 6 to the Act shall not apply in any year for which the central list is in force, and the rateable value of that hereditament in any such year —\n(a) in the year beginning on 1st April 2000 shall be £6,240,000 and\n(b) in any other year beginning on or after 1 April 2001 shall be the amount produced by applying the rules prescribed in Article 5.",
