# The Railtrack (Shortlands Junction) Order 2001, Paragraph 9


Nothing in this Part of this Schedule shall affect the provisions of any enactment or agreement regulating the relations between Railtrack and an undertaker in respect of any apparatus laid or erected in land belonging to Railtrack on the date on which this Order is made.
