# The Railtrack (Shortlands Junction) Order 2001, Paragraph 1


(1) For the protection of telecommunications operators the following provisions shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Railtrack and the telecommunications operators concerned, have effect.
(2) In this Part of this Schedule expressions defined in the Telecommunications Act 1984 have the same meanings as in that Act.
