# The Railtrack (Shortlands Junction) Order 2001, Paragraph 2


The temporary stopping up or diversion of any highway under article 10 of this Order shall not affect any right of a telecommunications operator under paragraph 9 of the telecommunications code to inspect or maintain any apparatus which, at the time of the stopping up or diversion, is in that highway.
