Article 9.10 General provisions as to service and notice

Subject to section 149 of the 1993 Act, Rule 9.9 and (subject to Rule 9.11(1)) CPR Part 6 (service of documents) applies as regards any matter relating to the service of documents and the giving of notice in railway administration proceedings.
