Article 9.16 Non-receipt of notice of meeting

Where in accordance with the 1986 Act or the Rules a meeting of creditors is called or summoned by notice, the meeting is presumed to have been duly summoned and held, notwithstanding that not all those to whom the notice is to be given have received it.
