# The Railway Administration Order Rules 2001, Introduction: Introductory text


INSOLVENCY, ENGLAND AND WALES
COMPANIES, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 6th October 2001
Laid before Parliament 8th October 2001
Coming into force 7th October 2001
Whereas the only provision made by the following Rules is provision applying rules made under section 411 of the Insolvency Act 1986, with modifications, for the purposes of provision made by sections 59 to 65 of, and Schedules 6 and 7 to, the Railways Act 1993;
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of his powers under section 411 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and section 59(5) of the Railways Act 1993, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, hereby makes the following Rules:
