# The Railway Closures (Exclusion) (Scotland) Order 2017, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 17th October 2017
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1)(c) of the Railways Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
