# Railways Act 1921, Section 83: Application to Scotland.


This Act in its application to Scotland shall be subject to the following modifications:—
(a) “Burgh” shall be substituted for “borough,” “servitude” for “easement,” and “Secretary of State” for “Minister of Health”:
