  "text": "The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st April 1994:\nsection 2;\nsection 3;\nsection 6, so far as not already in force;\nsections 7 to 16;\nsection 23, so far as not already in force;\nsection 24;\nsection 25, so far as not already in force;\nsections 26 to 28;\nsection 29, so far as not already in force;\nsection 30;\nsection 31;\nsections 34 to 51;\nsection 53;\nsection 54, so far as not already in force;\nsections 55 to 69;\nsections 71 to 80;\nsection 83, so far as not already in force;\nsection 86;\nsection 87, so far as not already in force;\nsection 93, so far as not already in force;\nsections 122 to 125;\nsection 129;\nsections 135 to 137;\nsection 141, so far as not already in force;\nsection 145, so far as not already in force;\nsection 150, so far as not already in force;\nin section 152, subsection (1) for the purpose of bringing into force the provisions of Schedule 12 referred to in this article, subsection (2) for the purpose of bringing into force the provisions of Schedule 13, and subsection (3) for the purpose of bringing into force the provisions of Schedule 14 referred to in this article;\nSchedule 2;\nSchedule 3;\nSchedules 5 to 7;\nin Schedule 12, all paragraphs so far as not already in force except paragraph 32;\nSchedule 13;\nin Schedule 14, all repeals so far as not already in force except the repeals relating to:\nsection 70 of the Transport Act 1962;\nsection 8 of the Railways Act 1974;\nsection 36 of the Transport Act 1981.",
