# The Railways Act 1993 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1994, Article 2


The following provisions of the Railways Act 1993 shall come into force on 16th August 1994:
in section 134, subsection (1), so far as not already in force; and
Schedule 11, so far as not already in force.
