  "text": "In section 68 of that Act (interpretation) the following definitions shall be inserted at the appropriate places—\n(a) “ “franchise agreement” has the same meaning as in Part I of the Railways Act 1993; ”; and\n(b) “ “the Franchising Director” means the Director of Passenger Rail Franchising; ”.",
