# Railways Act 1993, Paragraph 3A

Extent: E+W+S

Where the Secretary of State has given his consent under paragraph 3(2)(b) above, he shall—
(a) send a copy of it to every person who is the operator of a station within the area affected; and
(b) require him to publish it at the station.
