  "text": "In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, the following entry shall be inserted at the appropriate place—\n“Director of a company—\n(a) which, within the meaning of Part II of the Railways Act 1993, is a successor company wholly owned by the Crown, or\n(b) which, within the meaning of that Act, is wholly owned by the Director of Passenger Rail Franchising,\nbeing a director nominated or appointed by a Minister of the Crown, the Director of Passenger Rail Franchising or any other person acting on behalf of the Crown ”.",
