  "text": "There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or the Treasury in consequence of the provisions of this Act; and\n(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.",
