# The Railways Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2005, Article 2: Commencement


(1) The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 1 to this Order shall come into force on 8th June 2005.
(2) The provisions of the Act specified in Schedule 2 to this Order shall come into force on 26th June 2005.
