  "text": "(1) The provisions of the Railways Act 2005 specified in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 1st August 2006.\n(2) Those provisions are as follows—\n(a) section 1(10);\n(b) sections 42 and 43;\n(c) section 45(1), in so far as it relates to the definitions of “closure”, “closures guidance” and “railway funding authority”;\n(d) section 45(2);\n(e) section 56, to the extent that it is not yet in force;\n(f) section 59(1), in so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 12 brought into force by this Order;\n(g) section 59(6), in so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 13 brought into force by this Order;\n(h) Schedule 12, paragraph 17(1), in so far as it relates to the other provisions of paragraph 17 brought into force by this Order;\n(i) Schedule 12, paragraph 17(4) to (6); and\n(j) the entry in Part 1 of Schedule 13 relating to section 248(3) of the Transport Act 2000.",
