  "text": "(1) A scheme may set out the property, rights and liabilities to be transferred in one or more of the following ways—\n(a) by specifying or describing them in particular;\n(b) by identifying them generally by reference to an undertaking from which they are to be transferred; or\n(c) by identifying them by reference to a specified part of such an undertaking.\n(2) A scheme comes into force on the date appointed by the scheme.",
