Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Railways (Alternative Closure Procedure) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 13th December 1999.

In this Order “the 1994 Order” means the Railways (Alternative Closure Procedure) Order 1994^f1.
