# The Railways (Alternative Closure Procedure) (Amendment) Order 1999, Article 2: Amendment of the 1994 Order


Article 2 of the 1994 Order shall be amended as follows—
(a) the word “and” at the end of paragraph (i) shall be deleted;
(b) at the end of paragraph (ii) there shall be inserted—
“and
(iii) article 4(1) of the Docklands Light Railway (Lewisham Extension) (Exemptions) Order 1999”; and
(c) in the Schedule to the 1994 Order, at the end there shall be inserted—
“London Docklands Railway (Lewisham) Act 1993”.
