# The Railways (Alternative Closure Procedure) Order 1994, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates the railway passenger services in relation to which Schedule 5 of the Railways Act 1993 is to have effect. Schedule 5 contains provisions relating to the discontinuance of railway passenger services.
