Article 3 Amendment of Order

The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Croydon Tramlink Class CR4000 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2001^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 4 insert “and” at the end of paragraph (2)(b).

Omit articles 4(2)(c), 7, 7A and 9.
