# Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003, Section 117: Interpretation: enactment


In this Act “enactment” includes—
(a) an Act of the Scottish Parliament,
(b) an instrument made under an Act of the Scottish Parliament, and
(c) Northern Ireland legislation.
