  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides that sections 39 and 41 of the Railways Act 1993 (closure of operational passenger networks and facilities used in connection with passenger services) are not to apply to the light maintenance depot at Ashford, Kent and the network consisting of the railway lines and associated installations situated within and running to that depot from the junction situated between Ashford International Station and Wye station on the Ashford to Canterbury branch railway line.",
