Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Railways (Class and Miscellaneous Exemptions) Order 1994.

Articles 1 to 4, 6 and 7 shall come into force on 1st April 1994 and article 5 shall come into force on 2nd April 1994.
