# Railways Clauses Consolidation Act 1845, Section 23: Penalty for obstructing supply of gas or water.


If by any such operations as aforesaid the company shall interrupt the supply of any water or gas, they shall forfeit twenty pounds for every day that such supply shall be so interrupted . . .
