# The Railways (Closure Provisions) (Exemptions) (St. Pancras) Order 2001, Article 4: Disapplication of section 41 of the Railways Act 1993


(1) Section 41 of the Railways Act 1993 (notification of proposals to close of railway facilities used in connection with passenger services) is not to have effect in relation to St. Pancras station.
