This Order amends the Railways (Heathrow Express) (Exemptions) Order 1994 so that section 37 of the Railways Act 1993 (proposals to discontinue non-franchised passenger services) shall not apply to railway passenger services provided on any extension to the Heathrow Express Railway to any part of Heathrow Airport.
