Coming into force 23rd July 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 24(1), (2), (8) and (11), and 49(2), (4) and (5) of the Railways Act 1993, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
