Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Railways Infrastructure (Access and Management) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 28th November 2005.

With the exception of paragraphs 1 to 3 of Schedule 1, these Regulations do not extend to Northern Ireland.
