  "text": "Track access to services facilities and the supply of services referred to in regulation 7(1) and (4) shall comprise—\n(a) where available, the use of electrical supply equipment for traction current;\n(b) refuelling facilities;\n(c) passenger stations, including buildings and other facilities;\n(d) freight terminals;\n(e) marshalling yards;\n(f) train formation facilities;\n(g) storage sidings; and\n(h) maintenance and other technical facilities.",
