  "text": "The additional services referred to in regulation 7(5) may comprise—\n(a) traction current;\n(b) pre-heating of passenger trains;\n(c) the supply of fuel, shunting and all other services provided at the access services facilities referred to in paragraph (2); and\n(d) tailor-made contracts for—\n(i) control of the transport of dangerous goods; and\n(ii) assistance in running abnormal trains.",
