# The Railways Infrastructure (Access and Management) Regulations 2005, Paragraph 5: Exceptions to the charging principles


If an infrastructure manager intends to modify the essential elements of the charging system referred to in paragraph 2 that infrastructure manager must make such modifications public at least three months in advance of the modification taking effect.
