  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011 which set out the framework for the assessment and authorisation of rail projects, to avoid deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. These Regulations also make consequential amendments to the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Non-interoperable Rail System) Regulations 2010, and the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 which are required as a consequence of the changes to the Railways (Interoperability) Regulations 2011.",
