# The Railways (Interoperability) (High-Speed) Regulations 2002, Regulation 10: The Strategic Rail Authority: fees


The Strategic Rail Authority may charge such reasonable fee in connection with, or incidental to, carrying out its functions under regulation 5 as it may determine.
