  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (4), the 2000 Regulations are hereby revoked.\n(2) Subject to paragraph (3) a notified body appointed by the Secretary of State pursuant to the 2000 Regulations and notified to the Commission and the other Member States pursuant to Article 20(1) of the high-speed Directive shall be a notified body for the purposes of these Regulations, as if its appointment under the 2000 Regulations was an appointment under regulation 5 of these Regulations.\n(3) Paragraphs (5) to (9) of regulation 5 shall not apply in relation to a notified body to which paragraph (2) applies.\n(4) Paragraphs (4), (5) and (6) of regulation 4 and regulation 6 of the 2000 Regulations shall continue to have effect in relation to a notified body referred to in paragraph (2).",
