  "text": "The networks consisting of—\n(a) the railway line consisting of the final 23 metres of track adjacent to and serving platform 1 at Inverness station;\n(b) the railway line consisting of the final 41 metres of track adjacent to and serving platform 7 at Inverness station; and\n(c) any installations associated with any of the track comprised in these railway lines\nare networks in relation to which section 39 of the Railways Act 1993 (closure of operational passenger networks) is not to have effect.",
